I was challenged to think about what coaching has done for me.
First of all, look at all that weight I lost!
But seriously, I have been working out 5-6 days a week (most weeks!) due to the accountability and motivation I have from my team.
Financially, I am contributing to my household, which means a LOT to me. Shakes? Paid for. Kaleb’s Mother’s Day Out? Paid for. Swim classes? Yup, those are paid for by Beachbody too!
What’s even more important to me is I’m setting goals for myself – BIG goals. Big, scary, exciting goals and I get to share those with my team and my success club partners (yes, I have those too!). I’m reading personal development books every. single. day. I have a team of women who are positive, uplifting, encouraging and don’t think I’m crazy for wanting to work this “job”. They kick me in the butt when I’m slacking and pull me up when I’m down. I like to think I get to do the same for them too!
Why haven’t you started? Afraid you aren’t at your goal weight? It doesn’t matter! Don’t think you’re a sales person? That’s not what we do! All you have to do is want to help people (including yourself)!
